I'm a student, so basically I'm always broke. Which reflects quite strongly in my diet.
Breakfast (for me, one hour before workout) 3 x Wheatabix 1 x Orange 3 x Egg whites Whey protein shake First Creatine
20 Minutes before workout -1 x Banana -Preworkout -3g amino acids
Post-workout -Whey protein -7g amino acids -Second Creatine -Fast acting carbs (I find kids cereal to be the best/tastiest)
Lunch -Rice/pasta -Tuna -Vegetables -Fuck load of BBQ sauce
Dinner -Rice/pasta -Chicken fillet -More BBQ sauce -Third Creatine
Snacks -Almonds -Mixed nuts -Raisins -Cottage Cheese mixed with chocolate or strawberry protein (damn tasty) -Greek yoghurt mixed with nuts or some kind of fruit.
All in all I generally only spend about €30 a week on food, and €27 on supplements.
And looks like I'm going to be stuck to this crappy budget for the next three years unless you go buy some merch! So go! Feed the poor college students of Ireland and get awesome t-shirts that have a 10% anabolic boost*.
*10% anabolic boost dependant on whether or not you buy more than one..
